She is currently a 200-hour certified yoga teacher (Yoga Medicine) and a Corrective Exercise Specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine). She is the co-author of The Supplement Handbook (Rodale, November 2014) with Mark Moyad, MD, the world’s foremost supplement expert. The book is a research-based guide to using supplements responsibly to help treat more than 100 health conditions [view book].
